PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Technologies available in our plant:
PERFORATION
Mainly performed on stainless steel, but replicable on other materials, in different shapes (including 3D) and diameters
Shearing
Using presses of different tonnage and special progressive molds that combine both pressing and bending
Welding
Using different technologies such as laser, TIG, and spot welding
Handling
Robotic cells for automatic product handling along different production steps
Assembly
Automatic or hemi-automatic station for products’ assembly
Quality control
Our products undergo strict control and validation plans, which include both dimensional and functional checks with gas passage simulations. These controls are automatic or semiautomatic and they are carried out during the various production stages and at the end of assembly process.
100% microleakage automatic tests and nozzle flow
100% in-line controls on components’ positioning
